At Nova Nail Studio, we aim to provide a relaxed, personalized experience with every visit. To help everything run smoothly and ensure the best service for all clients, please review the following studio policies.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens, and we totally understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings. Your card is held securely on file and will only be charged if a policy is missed.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s).

Late Arrivals

We value your time and strive to stay on schedule. If you are running late, please send us a quick message to let us know!

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten or simplify their scheduled service to keep us on track for the next client.

Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation (subject to the 50% fee).

Come Prepared

To get the most out of your appointment:

Please arrive with clean, bare nails unless you have explicitly added a removal service to your booking.

To ensure the quality and longevity of your set, I do not work over anyone else's work.

If you are wearing product from another salon, please plan ahead and book a foreign soak-off.

Hydrated hands and clean nails help us deliver the absolute best results!

  • Inspiration Photos

    We love bringing your vision to life! If you have a specific nail art look in mind, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

    Please send your inspiration photos at least 24 hours before your appointment.

    For advanced techniques, custom sets, or designs requiring specific charms and gems, please send your photos before or directly after booking.

    This ensures we have the necessary products in stock and can allocate enough time to perfect your set without rushing!

    Deposits

At this time, upfront deposits are not required to secure your spot.

Instead, we rely on our secure Card on File system to keep things simple and streamlined.

Because we don't charge you anything today, we kindly ask that you review our Cancellation & Rescheduling policy.

This helps keep our schedule fair, predictable, and stress-free for everyone!

Kids, Pets & Guests

To maintain a calm, focused, and safe environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests, children, or pets to your visit.
Our cozy studio is designed specifically for one-on-one services with limited seating.

Keeping the space dedicated just to you ensures your appointment is completely relaxing, uninterrupted, and safe.

Quiet Services & Accommodations

Your comfort is our top priority! If you prefer a Quiet Appointment with minimal conversation so you can zone out, read, or just enjoy some peaceful time, we are completely on board. Just let us know when booking or when you arrive.

Additionally, if you have any specific accommodations or accessibility needs, we are more than happy to make arrangements to support you.
